eMerket is an online marketplace where you can shop from curated products and independent seller stores across Nigeria, all with prices in Naira.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product and seller, typically 3–14 business days within Nigeria. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Nigerian bank cards and bank transfers via Paystack. Pay in Naira at checkout on emerketng.com.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The full price breakdown — product cost, service fees, and delivery — is shown before you pay.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order has a detailed tracking timeline from payment confirmation through processing, shipping, and delivery.

How do I sell on eMerket?

Sign up, go to Dashboard → My Store, create your storefront, choose a subscription plan, and list products. Once your store is approved, customers can buy from you.

When do sellers get paid?

After a customer pays, your share appears in Earnings → Available. Request a payout once you reach the minimum amount; admin transfers to your bank account.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Contact our support team or request a return through your dashboard. We work with sellers to resolve issues quickly.
